Does credit card information sent directly to Stripe and not stored on Jotform?

    Hello Support,

I wanted to find out what information is stored on your servers vs information not stored on your servers when Stripe payments are submitted by customers using Jotform and the Stripe app. Does sensitive information such as card numbers, CVC, etc. get sent directly to Stripe without being stored on your servers. I want to ensure our customers' information is secure in the event of a data breach with your company, if we choose to use Jotform for our customers to submit credit card payments.

    Thanks so much!

When customers submit your form and pay using their credit card via the Stripe payment integration here is what is stored in Jotform's submission page. — How-to-view-Submissions

And here is what is sent in the email notification — Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Clicking the Stripe Customer ID link will redirect you to your Stripe account dashboard provided that you are logged to your Stripe account.

We do not store any credit card information within our servers all these information are sent directly to the chosen payment vendor.
