    not sending notification to updated email address

    hi

    I've updated the notification settings to send notification to new address (info@pink-perfect.com) but when testing, jotform still sending email to the old address (which is my login: shim.arbel@gmail.com)

     

    please help

    Hi,

    Firstly can you try to clear you browser's cache, logout and relogin to you account. You email acccount seems to be set well with info@pink-perfect.com as notification email.

    Try also to check on the submission reports if some of submitted forms are under incomplete payments.  Since if the users don't complete their payment when directed to paypal, you will not receive any email alert for such users.

    Go to 'My Forms', click on your form to select it, then click submissions.
