Why have I reached my payments limit?

    it says I've reached jotform payments limit. 

     

    what does this mean? And why am I affected? I have only 4 active forms now.

    I have just checked your account and noticed you have payment integrations on your forms, please do note that free accounts are allowed to receive up to 10 monthly payments, this counts the payments you have received on all your forms with payment integrations. 

    You will need to either wait to the first day of the next month to get the limit reset or you could also upgrade your account so you can receive as many payments as submissions.
