Twillio credentials are correct but the verification code not working

Thanks for your urgent reply the Twillio credentials are correct but the code not working but i am thinking maybe there is mistake why my code is not working.

You can do a real submission in my form in order to test it further and do reply me as urgent.

Do you mean to say that the code you receive in SMS is not working to verify mobile phone number? I did check your form where you have added the "SMS Confirmation" widget. The issue seems to be that the code which are being sent is hardcoded and every time it will send 2705 in SMS.  You need to edit the "SMS Template" and replace 2705 with "{code}". Please check the screenshot below:

Do edit the SMS template and include {code} which will generate a code automatically and sent in SMS. This code needs to be used to verify the phone number.
