How to create artwork approval form with emails?

    Hi

    I want to be able to email my customer a form for approval, which would include their custom product image.   So this will change with every  customer.  How can i do that?

    It is possible to create an approval workflow progress forms in JotForm. Please check the following guide to learn about how to create approval workflow type of forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow 

    Moreover, I have cloned your form named "Artwork Approval Form" in order to test it on my side. In order to set email templates for each customer with their own private information, you need to set autoresponder emails to the form. I have added a file upload field to the form. So, if they upload an image to the form, it will be appearing in the autoresponder email as a link as the following:

    Um - I love this form!  How can I use it in the United States??

    You can share your form with anyone in the world as long as they have an internet connection and a device to open the form.

    There are lots of option on how to share your form in the Publish section of the Form Builder. Here's a screen animation guide:

    Sorry for the confusion.

    I believe you're referring to the New Form Layout?

    I checked your account and I can see that you're eligible to use the New Form Layout. You can enable it in the Form Settings page, please follow the screen animation guide:
