Why the empty configurable list is showing in the email?

If the configurable list is hidden, it still pulls through to the Email report unlike all other fields. 

I tested this issue but I wasn't able to replicate it, I filled the form:

And this is the email I received:

Other lists, that are empty are not showing in the email.

Are you seeing something else?
