    HI Team,

I am getting below emails from paypal.

    "

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    http://www.athra.com.au/index.php?option=com_athra_club_membership&task=payment.ipnMessage

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Sincerely,

    PayPal "

    Please help to fix this.

    Thanks,
    Satheesh

    Dear Satheesh,

Firstly, could you please give us the form URL that you have this problem? I am not able to check your JotForm account as you seem to be a Guest user.

Moreover, I have investigated the website that written in the email that PayPal has sent to you. I couldn't find any JotForm embedded in it.

Also, the actual link(http://www.athra.com.au/index.php?option=com_athra_club_membership&task=payment.ipnMessage) throws "1064" error. Probably, you have an issue with your SQL syntax while connecting or saving some information to your DB.

Currently, the issue seems to be unrelated to JotForm. If in this case, I recommend you contact PayPal Support Forum: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/home

Please give us further detailed information with your form and your account.

    Thank you.
