Our jotforms are not being submitted to the email address listed on the code. We have to consisantly come to the website to see if anyone has submitted a form.
Please help us correct this permanently.

Hi and thanks for contacting us. I've checked and I can see that your email address was in our bounce list. I've already removed it. I may suggest you to check your spam filter as our log we see this:
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.' Please let us know if you need further assistance or in need of further clarification on this matter.Alessandro

The other address is also in the bounce list.
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Co=
I have removed the said address from the bounce list. However, please ask your mail provider's technical department to whitelist our IP addresses and configure the spam filter to accept emails from our servers.
