Could I please have some assistance, again, getting PayPal integration to work properly? I have read the forum and used the IPN
I have also used the other IPN that is no secure and has .net- I am going off of memory but it looks something like http://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.net
After my last issue I read the forum and updated the IPN to the secure and was able to run a successful test on myself. I walked away then woke up his morning to a pending payment message. I checked my PayPal IPN History and sure enough , there is no disabled or queuing payment that I can trigger. Nothing is there. The last time I even called PayPal directly- you know since they have a phone number- and they questioned if I should be updating the API access. Should I provide you with my API information from PayPal? Could you please let me know what I'm doing wrong and what I need to do to correct this? I was so hopeful when I was able to get my subscription to work properly. Could it be how I have the form loaded onto my website??? Its WIX. I have provided the form html below but the form is located on the website here:
This could be a really great system once I get it working and I am trying my hardest to get this working properly. I am also using the free version of jotforms. Do I need to upgrade? I dont mind doing that if thats what it takes to get this for to work properly.
.Please let me know how to fix this.Page URL:

We are really sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have cloned your form named "BXS Poodles in Paradise" on my side in order to test it. I have received the following error on my side:
I have investigated and seen that there is an issue on our side. I have forwarded this problem to our backend team.
Besides, I have seen there is an incomplete payment in your submissions page that has been created on 11.09.2017 as seen below:
Can you please check your submissions again if your missing IPN could be this one? Also, please check the following guide for detailed information related to incomplete payments in JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
Moreover, where did you receive and use the following URLs as you have indicated in your thread?
Lastly, there is not any problem with embedding the form into your Wix website.
Waiting for your response in order to assist further.
Thank you very much for contacting us.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write us. I've tested your form and was unable to replicate the issue.
We've however noticed that the issue only appears when you set the operation mode to sandbox. The sandbox (testing) environment is different from your production (live) mode and may require different credentials to work.
I created a separate form and used your credentials for a test and was able to reach PayPals payment screen without any issues.
If you have further questions, please feel free to write us.

As far as I received the notification into my email address, your last comment that we couldn't see is the following:
I will continue to monitor it and if I have any more problems, I will respond to this threat. I do have a business account with PayPal."
We'll be waiting for your feedback here in order to assist further.
