Hi can you tell me why I can see a tick on all my mutilple items in my dropdown menu on my form on my ipad but when I try selecting multiple items on a desktop computer it doesn't show the ticked items.
Please help with this issue

I have checked your JotForm and see that there are no drop-down menus available on the form. I have also checked your account and found that there are no other forms in it. Did you delete the drop-down field or referring to a different form?
Please provide us the form URL that you are experiencing the issue so that we can take a look and assist you further.
