I need to be removed as admin and have someone else added

I am leaving my position with WMU, so we need to add another admin for the account and remove me. 

Since all the forms and the subscription are associated with your account, the best thing to do would be to transfer the account to the new admin.  Update the email address, password and whatever other information to the new user.  This can be done from the account profile page:
