The share text for my form has the old form name and wont reflect the new one

Ive tried numerous times now to fix this. I changed the form name but when I share the form on Facebook it keeps showing the old form name. I tried to clone the form and it still shows the initial, first form name.

I have checked the form and noticed that it has different Page title and different form title. To change the name of the form kindly follow the guide below.
