I can't find heading option, or page break option.

    Why you guys have changed all the themes? even my clone form is not same anymore.

    To disable the new layout on your newly created forms, kindly go to your https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and in "Form Layout" uncheck the "Enable New Form Layout" if it is checked.

    Then to the existing forms you already have to revert back to the old layout. Go to your https://www.jotform.com/myforms then select the form you wanted to change the layout, go to your form settings and follow the GIF image below.  If your "Form Layout" is using the "New Layout" change it into "Legacy Layout" .
