I have had a few people apparently send me payments, but I have not received them. I only today figured out the 'complete submission' detail (a payment from August)....but would also like to be able to review the information I entered insofar as where the payments go, but cannot find anywhere in my account to do so - view what bank account it is linked to, or anything...Page URL:

I am not quiet sure what you mean by "review the information I entered". If you are referring to the form http://www.jotform.ca/form/71184537335256, you can log in to your account access your Submissions page https://www.jotform.com/submissions/71184537335256.

"Information I entered" would be the paypal/bank info, in order to receive payments along with the forms ... I can find my name/email/site information only, which doesn't make sense.
There doesn't seem to be anywhere here to view information on where the payments people send are going, and I have been through each tab, click, area of the entire site and my account. And if I had entered it, there should be a way to find/view it ;)

If you are referring to the PayPal credentials you entered as the owner of the form, open your form in the Form Builder, click on the payment field, open Payment Settings and there you will see your PayPal credentials. Please see below.
