I can not download submission excel files

Good afternoon,

When I go to download a submission in excel format it shows it is generating. After a few seconds a small windows appears saying the download was complete. However, all that gets downloaded is a small .temp file. This has been attempted with the same results in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same results. Please advise.

I did test on my end, but I could not reproduce the issue. I was able to download the data in Excel file when I test it on your account. The Excel file result is valid and working.

Try also using private or incognito version of your browser.
