I have a MultiSelect Grid on my application

However, one applicant selected (am-2pm and now those days and times are unavailable to all. How do I keep the grids clear for other applicants to choose their day and time of availability? Its already been sent out Im afrain. Help please!

The widget allows one selection only, instead you can use the Appointment Slots widget, it will allow your users to select multiple times the same option.
