My account has been downgraded?

    I'm wondering why my account has been downgraded?  It says my credit card on file has expired and it downgraded my account.  It's asking me to pay again to upgrade.  Can you confirm that the credit card has expired and if so when is my monthly billing date due for the account that you downgraded?

    Hi

    You account was due payment on August 16th and the recurring subscription payment failed. Kindly can you check with your bank and inquiry what would be the issue.

    Your account is now already downgraded to Free after two attempts to deduct the payment on 16th and today 29th August . This is after the payment period expired.

    Please you can re-upgrade back to your Premium account on different CC using te link below.
