I've read your answer you send us yesterday, but I think you don't understand our problem. We have a technical problem with our account,
- upgrade "Silver" doesn't works.
- The Credit card is OK in our account
- It's not possible to change credit card or valid payment
Thanks for your help, we need urgently news forms.

Did that window happen after clicking the upgrade button? If the problem is you are trying to upgrade right away, what you need to do first is change the credit card in your account, then proceed with the upgrade next.
If what happened is that you have updated your credit card and payment is still not going through, I recommend to please contact your bank and inquire if they are preventing you to make online transactions or if there are any issues with your card.
