I failed to submit the form via mobile even I had installed the widget "mobile responsive".
Please kindly suggest the way to solve the problem. This is the barrier for me to subscribe the jotsform

used your jotform link direct, it works on my iPhone 6s without problem.
Thanks for your response. I have informed our webpage maker to make the
hyperlink instead of embedded it on our web.
I will seek for assistant if we are having further issue.
