Unable to submit my form on a mobile device

    I failed to submit  the form via mobile even I had installed the widget "mobile responsive".

    Please kindly suggest the way to solve the problem.  This is the barrier for me to subscribe the jotsform

    I opened your direct form link (http://www.jotform.me/form/72534647642461) and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's the screen capture of my test submission:

    Is your form embedded on a website? If yes, please provide the website URL so we can further check it.

    yes, we integrated the jotform into our website and cause the issue. As I
    used your jotform link direct, it works on my iPhone 6s without problem.
    Thanks for your response. I have informed our webpage maker to make the
    hyperlink instead of embedded it on our web.
    I will seek for assistant if we are having further issue.
