Not sureAsked on September 12, 2017 at 9:34 AM
My predecessor signed up for JotForm for some ungodly reason. I get hundreds JotForm emails a day and I have tried everything, sending them to junk folder (doesn't work). Please, please help me stop this before I lose my mind.

I have removed your email address in the form as the recipient.
This is the form where your email address is used: https://www.jotform.com/71585039126155. The form is used for Teachers registration. Do you know this form? The submissions in the form look legit. The form belongs to the account solutio (al@sol****ware.com).

If you do not want to receive the email Notifications when the form you provided is submitted, you have to contact the owner of the form and tell him/her to change the recipient email address of the email Notification.
How to Find and Change the Email Address Used for Notification Email?
I also checked the form and it seems that your email address is no longer the recipient email address. You should no longer receive the emails when the form is submitted.
