Hi
I followed here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/491780
and I'm successfully to add the QR code in the thank you page.
But I'm failed to send the QR code by email in the auto-response, seem it can't detect thats the coding, what should i do with it?
If i'm setting up a ticketing page, can i generate the QR code with their name, ticket numbers, and email? or i can only got their email once i scan them?
thanks

To add the QR code to the autoresponder email, please follow this guide:
1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
2. Go to the Settings page and select the Emails tab.
3. Open the Autoresponder Email content. -

You can try doing the following If you still can't make it work:
1. Go to the Autoresponder Email Section and click the Source code icon as it shown below
2. Go to the source code window and paste the following code.
<img src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150x150&cht=qr&chl={id}&choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code1" width="150" height="150" />
3. Click Ok and you should see like the following
This way it should generate unique QR code on the Autoresponder email.

What is the form where you are trying to add the QR Code? Adding the QR code widget should do it: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/qr_code
If it is not appearing in the notification, simply delete it, and create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

I checked your form and the QR code is hidden:
You could show it by right clicking on it:
Also, there is no text to encode there:
So QR code can not be generated.
Try to put any text in 'Message to encode' field and the QR code will show.
Let us know how that worked.
Thank you!

Thank you for additional information, it helped.
That is actually possible.
You can add one more field and create calculation which will copy the name, email and date in it and then by using the Dynamic QR code widget to generate QR code for it:
And here is how it worked:
Of course, you can make the "Field" field hidden.
Here is my form: https://form.jotformpro.com/72581376751968 feel free to check it.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

In your previous reply, you said:
"2. they receive the QR code by email which is generated from their entered email, ticket date, quantity"
I provided a way to combine multiple fields, but I don't see that in your form.
Also, I don't even see all those fields in your form, I don't see date or quantity field in your form.
So please give us more precise information which fields you want to combine so we can assist you.
Also, quantity fields from payment integration cannot be included in such calculation.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

Your images did not post to this thread, please open the link of this thread in your browser first, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1245302
Then upload the image to indicate the fields that you want to use to generate the QR Code.

Ok, I see it now, I'm not sure why you used Field confirmation widget here:
Since that cannot work, you have to use text field:
Then you do the Conditional logic you did:
I would add, additionally, commas and spaces there as well:
So it will look better.
And that will work:
Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/73181928951970
Let us know how it worked.
Thank you!
