My answer : It's not possible to change the credit card, as the pop-up opens, it's impossible to enter a credit card number. It's not a problem with our bank.

I checked your account billing page and the change credit card function looks to be working at this time:
If this is still not working on your end, try a different browser if possible. Let us know if it still does not work after that.
