In the new form layout, the file upload field height is quite large and cannot be adjusted.

Is there a way to adjust the size of the embed?  Currently it is only showing me one field at a time, and some of them are cut off so you have to scroll in the frame to see the entire space (could be confusing to some users). See screenshot attached.  In the screenshot I sent the upload button is further down in the jot form window.  It also would be nice to see the message that you can upload by dragging and dropping as well.  We are using Wordpress.

Only one question is shown per page because your form was created in the 'New Layout'. If you want that all questions are shown on the same page of your form, you have to switch your form to the 'Legacy Layout'. This can be done on the settings page of your form.

I would suggest you to change the layout and then check if the form is still cut off. If it is still cut off, re-embed the form with the iFrame code. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of the form:

I just tried using the iFrame code and it looked the same.  The upload file button is still cut off. Any suggestions?

I see that the form is still embedded with the script code. Please re-embed the form with the iFrame code, so that we can inspect the form on your webpage. You can also remove the script part of the iFrame code and use only the iFrame part of the code and increase the height of the iFrame code, to see if that will resolve the issue.

    Example:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-1234567890" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformpro.com/1234567890" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:482px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

I updated with the code you gave me and played around with the size a bit.  The only way I was able to see the whole upload file was to have the size at 1000px, which is way too big, and also puts a weird awkward space above it.  Can you take a look at the code now on the site and see what I can do to make it look better.  I'd also be okay if the upload frame was just smaller so you can see the upload button as well as the text that talks about drag and drop.

The file upload field sizing with the new form layout is indeed quite large.

The sizing in the builder is not retained:

I do not currently see a way to adjust the sizing either.  I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

In the mean time, you can switch the old form layout as my colleague suggested and create a new form form.  This will create a single page form with all fields on the same page.

    Hello newlifechurch1,

The issue about upload field sizing too big should be resolved now, could you please check it to confirm it is fixed?

Thank you, have a nice day.

the field size looks great now, however I noticed a few other things seem to be messed up.

    1. The Field Labels are not justified correctly, i.e. you can't see last name/e-mail.
    2. When you hit submit, instead of showing the thank you message, it is displaying the jot form ad.
    3. I thought there was previously an option to remove the form title, however I had to make it invisible in the editor to get rid of it.  Thanks for your time!

Considering that your other issues are not related to the subject of this thread I have moved them to the separated thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly:
