    Is there a way to combine all of the responses into one form?

    Unfortunately you can not combine all responses to one form. however we have a solution that will combine all form submissions into one CSV file which you can then download.

    The other option you have is you can have all form submissions on one google spreadsheet by using google sheet integration.
