How to link to another site?

Hi, another site has asked to link us on there site, but theyre asking for the url link??

When you say "our site", are you referring to a form you created in JotForm? If so, I checked your account and you have 2 forms with the following URLs.

http://www.jotform.com/form/10423607385

http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52071747684361

 

You can give to them either of those links, depending on which form you are referring to as "our site".

YesI'm not sure how I ended up with two we only have one form. So now I don't know which one to give out
