Canadian client having difficulty accessing forms

    Canadian client having difficulty accessing jot form. Any suggestions in how to fix the problem?

    I have just checked your form and it seems to be loading on my end, may be that he has installed some software that may be blocking the JotForm link. 

    May you please ask him to temporary disable any security software and try to load the form again?

    I had the same thought, as the link works on my side without incident. I will alert the client to disable their security software.
