My registration forms used to accept Paypal payments and as of today, they don't. PLEASE HELP

I have checked the form on the website you shared with us and I did not see the PayPal payment field in it. I have created a clone of that form in my account to see what's causing it and found that there is an issue with the only condition in your form. (Please see screenshot below).
Please fix these errors in your form and test your for again after.

Just to add, please be noted that when the PayPal payment field is hidden on the form, there is no payment that will be processed since respondents will not be redirected to the PayPal's page to process their payment.
