I have left non profit and need to give account to someone else.

I understand that you want to hand over your JotForm account iantcanada to someone in your organization. I see that your account is currently holding the Bronze yearly subscription. You may consider changing the email address in the account settings with the other person's email address in your organization so that all the account related information will be sent to the new email address.
Also, if you want to change the credit card that is already linked to the account used for upgrade, you may change it from the billing section of your account settings.

Am I correct that the user name cannot be changed. So the new principal user has to use that to be able to change anything.

If you want to change the account username, please do provide us with any 3 of your choices of the usernames in the preferred order so that we can change it for you if they are not used by any other user. In this case, the account email and the card information will not be changed.
