    Form Not Found error

    http://form.jotformeu.com/form/22416392347353 can't preview at all as it says Form Not Found

    It exists in My Forms and also when I fill in details on my website it says Details: File: /www/v3/live/lib/classes/Submission.php Line: 233

    Hi, Sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    We seem to have a replication delay on our EU servers. Until this issue is solved, you can use our website for Europe region: http://www.jotformeu.com/

    Create a form via mentioned above website and then use form URL with www prefix.

    Example:

    use

    http://WWW.jotformeu.com/form/22416763909359

    instead of

    http://form.jotformeu.com/form/22416763909359

    Gori-mathew. thanks for the possible fix - this solution may work in some scenarios, but my log-in details do not work in jotformeu. I would have to register separately to jotformeu and i would then have two log-ins and two accounts and would have to pay twice, presumably for two different sets of forms (ones already created via jotform and the ones created via jotformeu).

    Do you have an estimated time for when this will be resolved? Or should i start again and move all forms to jotformeu before subscribing?

    Hi,

    This issue has been fixed now. Kindly can you try opening your forms and check if everything is ok now.

    FIXED:

    "Form not found" problem was related with Jotform's non-US and Secure servers that had database replication delay. It is now fixed.

    i am having the same problem. I cloned a form, and now the form isn't working anymore. The following message appears: Form not found. The form has been deleted by the owner. (But I did not delete it!)
