    Order confirmation & Thank you after paypal submission

    Ok, I have integrated my Paypal into my form. I want to be able to:

    1) Customize an email that will be sent to my customers after they submit payment through paypal. Is this the autoresponder? In the autoresponder there is no way to indicate wether it will be sent after the form submit button or the after paypal submit.

    2) Mask the From: email: to say my company's name even if it is coming from noreply@jotform.com

     

    Right now a customer fills out the form with an email address and some other info and then submit to go to the paypal area for payment.

    I appreciate a clear explanation. I have been through the forum and have read some different fixes. Thank you.

    An autoresponder is what you need for your form. Please note that all email alerts (notification/autoresponder) will only be delivered once payment is completed.

    2) Mask the From: email: to say my company's name even if it is coming from noreply@jotform.com

    It is definitely possible to configure the autoresponder to use your company's email as its 'From:' address. However, we cannot guarantee 100% email deliverability if you use such settings because some mail providers, especially company emails, use different anti-spam mechanisms, such as DomainKeys.

    This results to email messages being dumped to Spam folders, or worse, being rejected by the recipient mail server.

    #2 I'm ok with the jotform email address: no reply@jotform.com but is there any way to change the display name to read something other than: JotForm

    Sure, you can change the "From:" name to a custom one. Here's an example:
