Looking for a draw on a body image widget

When creating a medical form for acupuncture, I am looking to incorporate a picture of a body for a patient to be able to x the area of pain.  Is this feature available, or is there a work around you can suggest?

It should be possible with a Draw on Image widget added to the form. You will need to provide a link to the picture of a body.
