How can I create a working registration form that works?

I seem to be able to create my registration form OK but,

I cannot get to my outgoing email to my club member prospects.

I want the form to give me their details and when submitted, return to me by email to be added to the list of starters.

I have not been able to add it to my email yet so it does what I want it to do. I have used your forms in the past, but this new fangled process is too technical for me and I cannot make it work.

I need help to embed it into my outgoing email - PLEASE.

Your registration form has an Email Notification and also an Email Autoresponder on it.

1) Notification should email the submission details to you.

2) Autoresponder should email the submission details to the form submitter.

Note, that you cannot embed the form into the email body. You can add the form link instead.
