I was in my account, just checking in to do a small add-on to my form and the website began freezing on a white screen, and has essentially deleted the entire content of my form. I tried logging out and in, refreshing and following the link from my website.
It did the same thing a second time, when I tried to create another form.

Our backend team have already fixed the issue with the Form Builder not being able to load and edit the form. Please check also in your form.
Do let us know if issue still persist.
