We used all the free storage that we had, so then we upgraded. Now, our jotform information is completely blank, and all our orders are on it. OMG. Help.

I opened your form and I can see one form in the Archive folder. To unarchive it, please follow this guide:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the Archive folder.
3. Select the form and click the Unarchive button.
If you're referring to a different form, please provide the form ID so we can check it further.
