    Why was my account suspended? How do I reactivate it?

    Your account got suspended because of the word Password and Password field to your form. We do not allow collecting sensitive information here in JotForm. For more information, please read our terms of use.

    I have deleted the guilty fields so I can re-activate your account immediately. You can now use your account and forms properly. Here's the screenshot of the deleted fields:
