How to pass information to SalesForm or another CRM after each step on a form

Hi, I was wondering if you could let me know how I can submit information to the CRM system after each step is completed.

I would like to add the information into the CRM program that I set up to tag the contact with the new information gained after each question ideally.

JotForm has integration with SalesForce. We have a step by step tutorial here if you have not tried it before. But, the integration does not send the information on every page. It sends the information after the user completes all of the pages of the forms. 

I have added a feature request about this. So that our integration have an option to send the data every time the user moves to the next page. For now, if you really need to do this, my recommendation would be to create separate forms. Each form then can redirect the user to the next form after it is completed.
