When I select the Silver plan to upgrade, it just says I have to upgrade in plimus ("Unable to switch subscription. Please use BlueSnap(Plimus) control panel to change your subscription manually"). But the link takes me to a blank page:

Please help soon - I only have 62 more submissions then everything gets shut down!

As per checking, your payment is processed in plimus/bluesnap but it is still using your Paypal Account for payment. To upgrade your account to Silver, please downgrade/cancel your current subscription from your Paypal account and upgrade again your JotForm account.
