Paypal Integration: Customer data go to Incomplete Payments

    So we have had multiple people make donations..according to the submission sheet... but all of them are listed as incomplete... what does that mean?

    Can you please check if you have your IPN enabled in your account. If not, please enabled it. Please see this guide.

    Thank you but the problem was that the Paypal address wasn't correct. So that is why they were coming through as incomplete. I corrected the matter and now I am getting the notifications. Thank you very much for your time. Sorry to bother you with a question I should have answered by checking the info first.
