Address Map Locator: Why is the widget not finding the address?

    Also the google map widget doesnt seem to automatically find the address inputed on the search address bar.

    I have tested your form and was able to replicate the issue you're mentioning; however, it seems to be working on my end, you can test my cloned form here: https://form.jotformpro.com/72555553997978

    I can see the issue happens on your form due to restrictions on the used API, I would recommend you to please check that on your end. 

    You may set the restrictions to none:

    You could also create a new API key here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
