Hi, I have deleted all old data from my forms but it still says that they are disabled. How do I fix this?

    Hello,

The account where the above indicated form is hosted, shows over the allowable limits. Free users are allotted to 100MB available space, this account has used 101.06MB so far.

In order to enable forms, you may go ahead to either upgrade the account to a paid subscription, or to free the available space by downloading the uploaded files. Here you are a helpful guide:

If you have additional questions, please let us know.

    Regards.

I have already cleared everything out. I have 0 submissions! I even paid the $19.00 but they are still disabled.

I just checked your form and it was working fine. I also tested submitting and received the autoresponder.

Are you still unable to view your forms? If yes, can you try clearing your browser's cache
