How can I receive an email alerting me that an application has been submitted

How can i receive an email alerting me that an application has been submitted so that I don't have to check periodically throughout the day?  

Actually, the forms will already send you email alert/notification by default when you create them. Unless you have deleted/remove the Notification Email on your form.
