On my form: https://form.jotform.us/71936669301159
I'm using an Authorize.net payment plug in to capture donations. When the payment fails to process, the failure message screen is not mobile responsive - resulting in a black screen for the user.
Can this payment failure be a simple text message with a link without the black background, centered box, etc.? What's more, the back link gets lost in the giant PCI Error during transaction message. This multi-page form is so mobile responsive and works so well on all devices, it's disappointing to have this payment failure message really break the seamless user experience.
Please see screenshot for full description.

It's not currently possible to customize the message that displays upon an error during the transaction. However, I'm opening a feature request for this so the message can be customize.
Regarding the responsive matter, it has been moved to a different thread, we will help you as soon as possible here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1247235
