A checkbox to indicate they are in attendance

Hi,
I was interested in learning more about this: " At your event, a host can easily check-in guests with your online or printed out list of attendees."
I have to sign students in at each field trip-how can i use my jotform for this? (all i need is a check mark to indicate they are in attendance vs. a signature)
Is there somewhere on your site or a tutorial of this?

You can simply create a form with that specific field for your event registration form.
Example: You can add a checkbox (Multiple Choice) to your form where users can easily check if they are going to the event.
You can also prepopulate fields e.g. name so your student won't have to type their name.
Example:
