Save the form

I made a case note with one the templates but I am not able to get it to save in my documents for future use, how do I do this? Also, I want to be able to use the drop down tools after I save????

Sorry but I am having difficulties understanding your question.

Do you mean to say that you have created a form and want it to save in your my forms page?

If yes, then the forms you created are auto-save so you don't have to manually save them. They can be viewed in your my forms page too.

Regarding the drop down tool, can you give us more information about it?
