For every form submission I need data of my submission to insert into my local database. I am fine with you guys emailing me the xml of this data. I will extract the data from the email attachment and put it in the database on my side.
Also, how can I access or download data by logging in to my account?

You download your submission data by visiting http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ , clicking on the form you are interested in, then clicking the 'Submissions' icon.
Unfortunately, we have no means of allowing providing your submissions in xml format, but you may be able to a download of your submissions in CSV format to XML.
Downloading a CSV of your submissions is done in the much the same was as downloading an Excel spreadsheet of your submissions which is explained here.
