Hello, We just noticed there are over 60 "incomplete payments" for our monthly donation form and do not understand what is the issue. Do we need to do something? Is there a setting we need to change? Are the donors receiving the information in English? Thanks for your help!

Incomplete submission means that the payment wasn't completed, user submitted the form but didn't finish the paying process and then closed the window or something similar.
