My submissions are cleared

    Hi Jotform,

    I've been upgrading my account but recently I got a disabled account email as my plan supposedly wasn't big enough because I'd been downgraded to a free account for some reason.


    Now all of my form submissions have been cleared?

    Thank you for posting your concern, chattyimp.

    As it looks like, back when you were under a free account, it limited your submissions view to 500 latest submissions. As you have now upgraded, I processed a recalculation of your submissions and you should now be able to view all your submissions.
