How do i forward the email received when a form is submitted, needs to go out to around 25-30 people.

If you want to forward the notification e-mails, you can use the forward tool at your e-mail. We can not provide this service to you. However, you may consider to add more recipient e-mails instead of forwarding each notification e-mail manually. The notification e-mail will be sent all the recipient emails once your form is submitted.
