    hello amazing JotForm,

I would like to ask if you have a form with multiple pages or press to continue to the next page and show all the inputs on the next page so the visitor will confirm and submit the data he/she inputs.

We have preview before submit widget which is used for this purpose. A preview of all answers is shown so that your form user can review and then make all the necessary changes. You are also able to hide some fields to be shown on preview if you want.

You can have a look at the following URL for more details: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit

If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be pleased to assist you.

By default, all form fields (except for hidden fields) will appear in the Preview Before Submit widget. What form elements are you planning to add in the Preview page?

You can use the Text tool to add a description to your form.

    Here's the result:

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Thanks for your response.

I would like to add comment field and upload file element on preview.

Is that possible? If not, what will be the solution or option?

Unfortunately, you cannot add a Comment field and File Upload field in the Preview Before Submit.
