Hello,
We are facing issues when submitting a form. The user will hit the submit button and then it will remain in a waiting status (screen will say "please wait") for an extended (indefinite) period of time. Is there anything you can think of that might be going on for us? How can we avoid this issue? At first it was a couple of users using chromebooks, but I then got a couple of concerns on a PC desktop.
Thanks,
Sasha

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue on the cloned form. Here's a screen capture:
May I ask if this form is embedded on a webpage? If yes, please try to re-embed it using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
Also, I checked your form and I found out that the "Continue Forms Later" is enabled. This feature is not recommended for long forms and has a lot of conditions. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.
I recommend you to use the session method if you want a function where your users can save and return at a later time. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
